About Zeina Khoury
Zeina Khoury is CEO and Chief Growth Officer of High Mark Real Estate Brokers, a specialist luxury property sales and management leader in the UAE.
In 2009, she acquired High Mark Real Estate Brokers which was affected at the time by the global financial crisis and actively turned it in to one of the most successful industry players in the local market with more than $2.5 billion in deal value to date.
With over 15 years of experience in key senior management roles, Zeina brings a wealth of industry knowhow combined with a unique passion to help clients identify and close the property deals that best suit their needs. As well, she applies her in depth sales expertise to support them throughout the sales process playing an integral role in the negotiations as well as the management of the vendor-buyer relationships.
As Chief Growth Officer, she is instrumental in setting the objectives and devising successful business development strategies to ensure targets are achieved across the business and by individual team members. Her core skillset covers but is not limited to sales, property management, leasing, business operations management. Zeina was one of the industry pioneers in incorporating digital assets in the business management and sales processes to generate more efficiencies and higher productivity levels.
She started her career as part of the business development team at the Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 Tower where she successfully contributed to the planning, training of the executive team and oversight of the sales operations that led to over AED3 billion in deal value. High Mark team continues to manage this property on behalf of several clients from all around the world.
Zeina is bilingual and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Banking & Finance from the Notre Dame University – Louaize in Lebanon.
Outside of work, Zeina is a business leader and influencer with extensive professional networks in the Middle East. She is a TV and Radio personality having presented multiple entertainment shows in the Gulf region. Currently she is running a Real Estate Instagram based Live show every Monday 9 pm.
